Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin Grape variety_Palomino modern styleA lively, full flavoured Sussex gin created by James Rackham of Mayfield and made principally using hops, originally found growing wild in local hedgerows but now cultivated in a 12 hectare hop farm in Salehurst, East Sussex. Other botanicals like orange and lemon peel, orris root and licorice give it a strong citrus character before a classic fresh, bitter, juniper led finish.
